BestFlightsBooking is an independent travel booking assistance service. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our service

We help you search for and book flights by phone. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline or travel supplier. Your flight is operated by, and subject to the conditions of carriage of, the airline that issues your ticket.

Prices, fees, and payment

• Fares are set by airlines and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed.
• We will tell you the total price, including taxes, airline fees, and any service fee we charge, before you authorize payment.
• By authorizing payment, you confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method provided.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on travel documents.
• Review your itinerary and confirmation as soon as you receive them and report errors promptly.
• Hold valid passports, visas, and other documents required for your trip, and check in according to the airline’s rules.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules, which we will explain before booking. Many fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. Any service fee we charge may be non-refundable once a ticket has been issued. Where a refund is due from the airline, it is processed according to the airline’s timelines. U.S. Department of Transportation rules may allow you to cancel certain bookings without penalty within 24 hours, where applicable.

Schedule changes and disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights, or alter services. We are not responsible for these airline actions, but we will help you understand your options where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of airlines and other suppliers. Our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the service fee you paid us for the booking in question.
